The fixed price covers the whole agreed scope. If something turns up that wasn't visible at the site visit — usually hidden pipework or wiring — we stop, show it to you and price the fix in writing first. Nothing is done or charged without your say-so. No item ever appears for the first time on the invoice.

It depends on the scope, so we won't promise a date from behind a desk. After the measurement you get a work schedule along with the fixed price, and it's part of the contract. We keep to our dates — our own people do the work, so we're never waiting on subcontractors.
